Global Services
Global Services was established in order to provide cooperation and collaboration in technical and institutional assistance to the global community in the area of building safety. Our Global Services team works cooperatively with our other ICC Departments and subsidiaries, ICC ES and IAS, to provide assistance in adoption and adaptation of building code regulations, education and training, certification of building personnel, code administration and enforcement and conformity assessment programs such as building product certification and third party accreditation programs.
The ICC is committed to the world to mainstream safer building construction and it is working with different countries to enhance regulation and enforcement mechanisms that would increase the effectiveness of the building codes and their role as disaster risk reduction and natural resources (i.e. energy, water) efficiency tools.
