The AI-TOR company carefully monitors the quality of its products. However, any technically complex device can fail for a variety of reasons. There is always the possibility of equipment damage during delivery, installation errors, factory defects.
The standard warranty for the entire line of i-TOR devices is 1 year from the date of commissioning. As a rule, this period is more than enough to reveal all possible problems with the equipment. But, at your request, the warranty period can be extended. We always meet the needs of customers who are worried about the safety of their power grids.
If you find a malfunction, you just need to fill out a complaint statement and a letter of guarantee - there is a sample on this page - and our SGO specialists will take your question into work: they will repair the equipment on site or replace it with a new one.
