Heating and Energy Plans Services
NIRAS has worked with heating and energy planning for municipalities, counties and collective heating companies in Denmark since late 1970’ies. NIRAS handles e.g. planning and delimitation for district heating and natural gas.
Our approach to heating and energy planning is holistic and interdisciplinary and has been continuously developed. Our concept is very flexible and adapted to our client’s visions and wishes. We recognize that municipalities are met with a series of demands in the energy field e.g. preparing heating plans, finding locations for wind mills and biogas plants, preparing project proposals for energy plants as well as many other challenges.
NIRAS’ energy planners can assist in incorporating all this into the municipality’s other objectives in other areas in order to ensure a unified plan focusing on local needs and local development – a holistic energy plan.
