M.Barreiro is a machinery manufacturer that has a highly qualified Technical Department, with extensive experience in the design and development of the different mechanical components that make up a machine. All production processes are carried out internally, from cutting, machining, welding, shot blasting and painting, electrical mechanical assembly, plt programming, performance tests, which translates into lower costs and delivery times. We have a technical and spare parts service capable of solving any doubt, of replacing mechanical parts due to breakdowns, with the availability of urgent assistance.
Our manufacturing is tailored, some application sectors are:
- Iron and steel (complete lines or parts of the lamination)
- Hydro-Electric. (pleton turbines, francis, kaplan).
- Recycled (two-tree shredders, harvesters, vibrators, sieves).
- Reducers.
Design, Manufacturing and Analysis
Design
We create detailed 3D models of solids, surfaces, or 2D drawings based on vectors of physical components. This allows us to analyze the design variants, to find the optimal model for manufacturing and minimize the use of physical prototypes. Industrial design and modeling, with tools for creating, manipulating and analyzing forms as a complete solution for product development.
Manufacturing
We offer a complete set of solutions for the manufacture of parts, from CAM to CNC controls, thus guaranteeing a reduction of the programming time of numerical control and machining, with an optimization of the use of manufacturing resources. We provide a complete solution for machine tool programming that maximizes the results of the most advanced machines. In addition, manufacturing and production planning services with data and process management are provided. Our system integrates DNC systems for the delivery and management of program files for CNC machines in the workshop. Technical experience with metallic coatings and new welding techniques is also offered to complement the manufacturing processes.
Analysis
We offer CAE computer-aided engineering, to analyze and simulate the designs created and to assess their characteristics, properties, feasibility and profitability, with the aim of optimizing development and manufacturing costs until the desired product is achieved. Our simulation, validation and optimization system provides the necessary information in decision making, in order to minimize costs.
