HEROS is a fully automated turbine and plant control system with incorporated visualization and SCADA system. Operational parameters can be directly configured on site with our standardized software solution. Thus, the intelligent control system goes far beyond the basic tasks of a conventional turbine governor.

With our OCA service we provide the perfect assistance to our customers. As included in our maintenance package, GLOBAL Hydro experts support you with operation, trouble shooting and analysis of data to detect operational improvements of your hydropower plant. And with predictive maintenance, automatically scheduling maintenance work, our OCA will keep your plants at peak performance.

HEROS Connect is a state-of-the-art IoT SCADA system which allows the investor, plant owner or operator to control, monitor and analyze all connected power plants on one common platform. To enable the platform to monitor different power plants at once, each power plant sends its telemetry data, historical values and notifications to the Microsoft Azure cloud.
