Whirl-Air has unparalleled in-house fabricating, assembly and machining capability to ensure the precision assembly of components and systems. Most components of Whirl-Air systems are original Whirl-Air designs, manufactured in our expansive 100,000 sq ft facility. In-house manufacturing and fabricating ensures your Whirl-Air system is built exactly to spec. Major subassemblies are assembled on our shop floor before shipment, ensuring proper fit and finish prior to installation.
Whirl-Air in-house manufacturing capability includes:

- Full fabrication shop for carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum
- ASME fabrication shop

Whirl-Air also provides comprehensive service after the sale. We have a full staff of field technicians for commissioning Whirl-Air equipment and continued service and maintenance. For site installation, Whirl-Air provides construction superintendent services and offers turnkey project services as well.
