Apollo’s central monitoring application offers powerful Real-Time Solar and Wind Plant Performance Monitoring tools, facilitating easy identification of the least performing sites – whether it is using Performance ratio %, Availability, CUF, or Active power as the Target KPI. The event app allows users to see exactly what events and alarms are happening across the portfolio in a single screen – already prioritised as per impact and duration.

With multiple contractual KPIs such as plant availability, performance ratio, capacity utilization factor etc to meet, maximizing productivity is very important. However, this needs to be balanced with the budgets that were planned– the problem gets even more complicated as the number of assets under management keeps increasing even further. Time and money are 2 resources that you have to constantly optimize upon – this cannot be done scanning through 100+ SCADA screens, to identify where the issue is, and then plan to send a person to the site or add a truck roll! It is very important to minimize and eliminate any delay in the time it takes to identify, prioritize, and rectify an operational issue.
