Owner`s Engineer Services

During project development the task of Owner`s Engineer, together with the customer`s project team, is setting up and specifying the concept, preparing the tender documents, advising the customer, assisting in planning and licensing enabling the successful financial closure. After the investment decision the Owner`s Engineer will continue in reviewing the design, expediting, monitoring and supervising the construction, commissioning and testing and assisting the customer during the warranty period making sure the smooth commencement of the commercial operation. An adequate professional engineering and management of a project is a cost effective insurance against serious cost overruns, delays and losses both in design and engineering and during construction, testing and commissioning.
