Rotable Exchange Accessories, Components and Modules
In a rotable exchange, the customer sends ap+m a worn part in return for a refurbished part from our inventory. The customer installs the refurbished part to satisfy their immediate need during an outage. Meanwhile, ap+m repairs the customer’s original damaged part and retains it in our inventory. The customer pays for the cost of the repair. Many operators prefer the convenience of this rotable program because it minimizes downtime.

Popular and major parts/components have rotable exchanges, e.g. pumps, vsv controls, actuators, and many overhauled parts. ap+m keeps an extensive rotable inventory on hand at all times in case of emergency.

Contractual Provisioning
In partnership with our customers, ap+m will agree to supply a fixed complement of parts, when needed by the customer, at mutually agreed prices over a set time period. This innovative approach to spare parts management allows our customers to reduce their investment in spare parts, while assuring supply at known prices. In addition, having ap+m as the one source of these parts reduces the administrative costs associated with going out for quotes, issuing multiple purchase orders and processing multiple invoices.

Asset Management (Comprehensive Spare Parts Management)
For customers and vendors who wish to reduce inventory, ap+m will stock, market and sell consignment inventory for our customers in exchange for a small percentage fee.

Inlay Spares/Insurance Spares
ap+m will recommend and supply spare parts for typical industrial gas turbine generator sets. We will also develop lists specifically tailored to your equipment and operating practices upon request.

Inventory Credit, Buyback and Exchange
ap+m works with our customers and offers operators inventory credit and buyback options for inventory that was purchased but is no longer needed. In this case, buyback, credit and exchange arrangements can be negotiated upon request.
