Pre-Project Phase Services
BIAZZI’s Pre Project support is tailored to the Customer’s individual needs. These needs can be classified into three groups: Licensed process: This approach is for the Customer seeking an immediate capability to produce a certain chemical molecule at a defined capacity. BIAZZI offers process licenses that are part of its established process portfolio mainly in the fields of Energetic Materials and Base Chemicals. BIAZZI provides the entire process including all material specifications and granting extended process and delivery guarantees.
Adapted Customer Process: Using the Customer’s specific raw material and desired product specification, BIAZZI applies its process know-how to custom tailor a unique process to satisfy the Customer’s needs. BIAZZI hereby focusses mainly on gas/liquid and on nitration processes. BIAZZI designs the process already for the desired industrial capacity applying BIAZZI’s proprietary equipment building blocks.
Process Development: Where Customer’s visions meet BIAZZI’s capabilities, BIAZZI engages in an intense process development collaboration with the Customer’s Expert Team with the goal to develop an industrial process. Recent examples are novel routes for base chemical production, hydrogen carriers for green technologies, food additives etc. Our focus is on building industrial plants.
