Concept Development
First Atmove analyzes the available potentials and existing information, performs technical visits, evaluates possible technologies and calculates the CO2 baseline. Then we deliver a technology strategy with a business model and propose a consortium of partners to develop the project.
Bankable Feasibility
A technical and financial feasibility study is precondition for financing. The data are researched in detail and technology providers and local construction companies are invited for offers. The selection of the best suiting technology providers, combined with the business model from the previous phase enables ATMOVE to build a fully bankable feasibility study, a key document for the financing of the project.
Construction
Atmove is controlling the construction phase in order to identify upcoming problems early and to ensure professional completion. The construction phase is crucial for the success of a project and if some local companies, that are not familiar with the technologies, are involved, Atmove also offers capacitation.
Operation and Marketing
When the construction is finalized the handover of the plant and the machinery takes place. Monitoring is a crucial point. With good monitoring, Atmove can help to remotely control the processes of the biogas plant, the upgrading or whatever technologies have been implemented. This enables Atmove to remotely also manage the technology for the operating company of which Atmove can also be a shareholder.
