Amperax offers its customers a complete service and maintenance concept. The overall concept includes maintenance and service for wearing parts and main components of the A3000. The systems are remotely monitored around the clock. Any faults that may occur are promptly remedied by our service teams.
The operator receives the guarantee that Amperax will keep the wind turbine in an operational state throughout the contract period, unless it is necessary to shut it down for safety reasons. Necessary repairs are carried out as quickly as possible without additional costs. Operating reports and detailed evaluations are created. Replacement components are delivered within a very short time. The Amperax service employees have the knowledge from many years of experience as an operator of manufacturer-independent wind farms. When the service teams are deployed, the maintenance processes are recorded using detailed logs. These provide information about the required working time, the material consumption, the system status and the service work that needs to be done.
