Middleton Solar fully supports all Middleton Solar products sold and provides return to factory maintenance capability. Any software provided as part of a contract is also fully supported.
A feature of most of Middleton Solar`s radiometers is that no routine maintenance is required, other than regular cleaning of the glass window and infrequent replenishment of desiccant.

Middleton Solar has trained technical staff, with many years` solar instrumentation manufacturing and calibration experience, at our factory in Melbourne. The Technical Manager & Owner is a Chartered Professional Engineer with significant exposure to the design, manufacture and maintenance of complex radiometer instruments.
Middleton Solar has a fully equipped maintenance workshop and calibration facility. Our calibrations are traceable to the WRR as our reference sensors are periodically calibrated by PMOD/WRC in Davos, Switzerland.
