During the operation of a photovoltaic system or solar park, it is absolutely crucial that any occurring shut-downs and faults are immediately recognized and repaired. We will upon request be happy to offer you an extensive maintenance agreement that is optimally tailored to fit the requirements of a customer-friendly system support based on our long years of experience in the field of photovoltaics.
In connection with our maintenance service, we also offer the option of plant monitoring via our online portal. With this control portal we can guarantee a minimum reaction time in the event of a fault message or other irregularity, as well as a contact person for questions and problems.
The quickest recognition and repair of all occurring faults is guaranteed through the knowhow of our professional service engineers and through optimum metrology. Thus we are for example in a position to detect blind solder points (hot spots) in the module arrays through thermal imagers.
