Our Warranty: Free of charge repair service for hardware within 7 days after receiving our product. If repair is not possible quick replacement of the product with a new one.
Our Service
- We deliver most of our products within 2 - 7 working days. Please check the current delivery time in the product details.
- If chosen item is out of stock the maximum delivery time is usually 4 - 6 weeks.
- Each of our products includes a manual with detailed exploitation instructions.
- We actively assist costumers in the initial stage of using our products.
- If products value exceeds 40.000 US-Dollar H Bank offers a free set going and free onsite testing.
- We guarantee repair of our products within 14 working days.
- In cases if during exploitation the storages were accidentally passivated we will assist reactivating these products.
- We guarantee technical support by phone or email within 1 - 2 office days.

- H Bank Technology Inc. provides warranty and service only to organizations and companies.
- H Bank Warranty cannot be applied
- to mechanically damaged products.
- to products for which during exploitation the initial storage capacity was decreased below their after manufacturing value given in the manual.
- to products with passivated storage alloy.
