Equipment Health Management

Equipment Health Management (EHM) is Solar’s premier equipment service plan comprised of people, processes and technology. EHM is a fully managed, proactive service provided by an assigned Solar Fleet Manager. The proactive nature of EHM ensures customers maximize their machinery uptime while optimizing their overall ownership cost through condition-based maintenance and overhauls. Fleet Managers are available exclusively to support units covered under the Equipment Health Management service tier. Our flexible solutions can be tailored to meet each customer’s specific operational needs.

Customize Your Solution With Optional Scope Offerings

Solar provides comprehensive service offerings to reduce your risk and maximize your profits. There are several optional scope items available to Equipment Health Management (EHM) customers to help optimize machinery uptime and reliability. A few examples are provided below. 

OVERHAUL & REPAIR

Customers may add overhaul and repair coverage to their service solution. For unexpected events, the ability to pull from our global buffer fleet reduces down time and production losses. Every overhaul exchange engine includes all the latest product improvements. 

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Machine data from InSight Platform allows for the successful execution of condition based maintenance. For customers that elect to add maintenance coverage, Solar can manage everything from labor, consumables and tooling in order to reduce total equipment downtime.

TROUBLE CALLS

InSight Platform tools facilitate remote troubleshooting. Additionally, Solar has field engineering personnel strategically located within your time and space to  quickly respond and resolve machinery issues.

PACKAGE PARTS PROTECTION

Solar can add package parts coverage for your turbomachinery investment. Solar maintains a 24/7 distribution network to quickly dispatch parts and ensure your equipment`s availability.

DRIVEN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE 

As an option, through the duration of your service solution, Solar can provide inspections, maintenance, and repairs for your driven equipment (Generators, Compressors, and Pumps).

EXPANDED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS 

Solar Digital can offer remote analytics and visualizations of balance of plant (BOP) equipment at co-generation power plants, gas compressor stations, and modular solutions for improved data-driven decision-making and additional optimization.

POWER BOOST

Power Boost is a sanctioned, managed and temporary increase in power as a result of increasing firing temperature over standard Turbine Rotor Inlet Temperature (TRIT) for any given engine rating. 

INSIGHT ADVANCED VIBRATION

InSight Advanced Vibration capability is specifically designed to continuously stream high fidelity spectral and waveform vibration data that allows users to perform comprehensive vibration analysis without going onsite.
