Shadow Flicker Assessment for Wind Projects

Together with the technology development, wind turbines grew in size both in their heights and rotor diameters. Such advance increased the impacts of a phenomenon called Shadow flicker, caused by rotating turbine blades cast moving shadows on surroundings which could, under certain conditions, cause flickering.
