Mothermik - Technical Customer Support – Performances Services
Our customer support is a independent section within the Mothermik company. The provision of spare parts, engine oil and other components is independent of the Mothermik manufacture and thus access is made possible even out of normal business hours. Consequently, our customer service mechanics are able to provide customers with the required components, independent from the rest of the company, even during non business hours.
Competent advice regarding the operation of installations, maintenance and service as well as unconventional rapid help during breakdowns, are self-explanatory for the Mothermik® customer service. Every customer service mechanic is for this reason equipped with his own vehicle and the necessary set of tools and aids.
