Technical Maintenance Service
Trouble-free operation requires special knowledge and special handling of the various components of a PV system. As a service partner of the various inverter manufacturers (e.g. Fronius, Kaco, etc.) we are able to measure systems and eliminate sources of error and faults quickly and efficiently.
Measuring systems
Using high-quality and innovative measuring systems, we have the option of documenting system statuses in defined cycles in order to react in advance to errors that are expected in the future. The requirements for electronic devices are clearly defined.
Long lifetime
A long service life and safe operation of technical equipment can only be expected and assumed through regular maintenance. A PV system, regardless of its size, should undergo technical maintenance at least once a year.
Within our technical maintenance we can offer the following services:
- Checking the correct functioning of the error reporting system
- Check all current measuring points and measure the correct values to verify
- Determination of the number of samples of individual components, based on the PTB calibration regulations for energy quantity measuring devices
- Checking the individual strings and the functionality of the modules using the Benniger system with reference cell
- Measuring insulation resistance and detecting sources of error
- Creating and evaluating string measurement protocols
- Checking measurement accuracy
- Visual inspection of all generator junction boxes (GAK) and UV in the field
- Visual inspection of modules and their fastening, as well as the substructure
- Visual inspection and cleaning of electrical components
- Inverter service including cleaning of inverters
- Testing the UPS
- Cleaning of transformer stations in the LV and MV switching area
