The testing of solar modules and components is an important step on the way to the quality assurance and efficiency increase but also a basis for repair and damage responsibility.

Well-qualified employees in our own test centre in Bremen carry out all necessary procedures: from goods inward test of new photovoltaic modules as well as quality and performance tests to online-based documentation. Our employees are not satisfied by a visual inspection only. They use modern inspection technologies and analysis processes like infrared scanning, isolation testing, flash procedure or electroluminescence scanning.
Of course, all results will be correspondingly documented and can be tracked for every single module or component.

We have mobile-service-teams for professional testing of solar installations on-site and disposing of modern well-equipped service vehicles with corresponding testing devices. Together with visual inspection they use testing procedures as I-V-curve measurement, thermography, flash tests and electroluminescence scanning. The results will be documented already on-site and are decision basis for reports.

Our repair unit accompanies the test centre – on the direct way and under one roof.  Among others, frame repair and new framing, repair jacks, cables and junction box, diodes exchange and sealing of damaged surfaces are part of our range portfolio. We take up the new procedures and integrate them in our processes as soon as possible.

Construction, operation and maintenance of solar installations require substantial efforts. Above all, suddenly encountered failures and damages shall be corrected as soon as possible in order to avoid loss of revenue and thus occurring economic damages. We are best prepared by use of our mobile service teams.

Our repair service can be on-site within a determined reaction period, to undertake the failure diagnosis and localization leading to the correcting of the problem, if possible, at once. We further offer periodical maintenance in correspondence with a determined checklist.
