Dedicated Account Manager
When partnering with Camlin, customers are allocated a dedicated Account Manager, who will work with them on additional support requirements and will manage any further steps, such as meetings between the customer and Camlin experts, on site visits or further investigations. Typical examples when expert support applies are:

  • "My monitor reports a DGA alarm on ethylene - is my transformer now on risk?"
  • "How can I display the transformer load in correlation with certain gases?"
  • "We are going to replace our bushings. How can we attach the TOTUS to the new test taps?"
  • "We recently had a network event - can you check if our transformer did not get damaged?"
