UL Panel Shop Service
Our panel shop proudly maintains a conformance record with UL for both 508 and 698 A&B. Each panel is meticulously laid out and wired according to engineer approved drawings by our experienced wiremen. It then goes through an 18-point quality inspection test performed by both the responsible engineer and our shop manager to ensure proper UL compliance, function, and craftsmanship.
The panel shop has in depth experience with wiring and fabrication of every type of custom enclosure and control panel, from explosion proof push button stations to large-scale analyzer and sample panels. Our wide expertise can be applied to any design and configuration the customer requires. We routinely fabricate low and medium voltage panels, VFD enclosures, PLC & HMI control panels, lighting panels, pump panels, SCADA communication panels, and RIO panels. We are also a preferred relay rack fabricator for Southern California Edison.
In addition to our standard quality control testing, we also offer factory acceptance testing, done to your specifications, as well as power, burn in, and simulation testing. Have confidence that your product will function as designed, tested, and proven.
