Utility and Energy Invoice Validation Service
DBC has developed some of the most advanced software for utility and energy invoice validation. Our validation services ensure that all the invoices our clients receive are checked so that no overpayments occur. Thousands of invoices can be uploaded in hours rather than weeks. Where bills do contain errors, we reject the invoice and return it to the supplier for correction. DBC then monitors so that the invoice is corrected and credits are applied.

- All contract rates are correctly applied in accord with the agreed suply contract
- Meter readings follow on correctly and are checked against actual
- Correct calculation of balance due including VAT and CCL are applied correctly
- We check DUOS, TUOS Distribution chrages and supply capacity charges are all applied correctly, if applicable
