Warranty period: Any abnormal failure of the generator unit, the supplier will provide personnel and damaged accessories free of charge, maintenance staff will be arrived soonest to provide our customer with the obligation warranty service until the generator unit resume normal use performance.
Out of warranty period:
When genset is out of warranty period, all spare parts are provided at the cost, personnel will arrived at customer's site or designated location to provide service until the genset resume normal use performance.
Remarks: a. Definition of warranty period: 1000 hours or 1 year of operation within 18 months after delivery (whichever comes first), or in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contractor due to factory negligence, the supplier shall be resonsible for the maintenance of all parts damaged or other faults of the generator unit caused by negligent assembly of the manufacturer or improper selection of design and raw materials.
Diesel generator sets vulnerable parts, daily use parts, manual operation error, and generator unit failure caused by negligent maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
