Wind Power Site Finding Services

The key to effective site finding is processing potential sites quickly and effectively, and not wasting time on sites that are unsuitable for wind development.  At Renewables First we have developed a lead generation and screening methodology that does just this and is proven to be effective.

Regardless of the source of the sites, once identified we put them through our standard pre-feasibility study, and assuming they still look viable get a Exclusivity Agreement signed with the site owner.

Next we move the site through our Wind Feasibility Study, and assuming it still looks viable take out an Option to Lease the site subject to obtaining the relevant consents.

From this point forward we can provide all of the design and delivery services to deliver the project for the investor.
