Using the Elsmart AO app, installers can easily access work orders from the grid company, document their work with checklists and pictures out in the field, and then invoice the assignment.

  • Used for work at metering points: new meters, change of meters, deinstallation of meters and sealing/control of customer points.
  • The app supports incrementbased and direct reporting of work orders with picture, barcode and signature.
  • Offline support.
  • Automatic synchronisation of data if coverage is available when reporting, although picture synchronisation will only happen once the user elects to transfer the data.
  • Automatic reporting to the Customer Information System (CIS) when Elsmart and CIS systems have been set up with necessary integrations.
