Rating Analysis allows you to perform whole building energy models with the versatility to support both new construction and existing buildings. Within the Rating Analysis, NEO automates the creation of numerous (user selected) ASHRAE 90.1 or IECC Standard baselines for new construction. For an existing building, simply enter your historical utility bills to perform a comparison to existing conditions.
Rating analysis offers over 250 operational and capital improvement measures to choose from and customize. You can explore the measures individually and also group them into a bundle in order to understand the energy savings, capital costs, and ROI of your investments.
