Who We Are
Grid Eraser is a Veteran-Owned company, privately held by a Father and Son team with 60+ years of combined experience in exacting Aerospace and Electronics manufacturing and production technologies. We have no one to answer to except our customers.

We believe people don't need to be "sold" by aggressive, hard-sell tactics, and are best served by someone who has an in-depth knowledge of the product and how it differs from competing models, which will allow them to make a better, more informed decision.

When you send an email inquiry to us, you will receive a timely, informative and personal response, with a detailed quotation including the exact shipping charge to your residence or business. If you call us, you will reach a company principal who will answer your questions directly and specifically. If we can't answer your call, leave a message and we will call you back shortly. We don't use 3rd party call centers or hire "script readers" to answer the phone, and we won't put you on hold. Should you decide to purchase a system, simply call us when the order is delivered and we will walk you through the initial system start-up and explain the operation of all components. A complete and detailed set of instructions and data sheets comes with every order. We believe our live, hands-on telephone tutorial minimizes the "new gizmo intimidation" factor and makes going through the instruction manual more meaningful.

Our History
Grid Eraser was formally structured and licensed in 2010. The process that led to forming the company started well before that by determining what the market offered and what the state-of-the-art limits were on the best components, and how to best integrate them into a high-performance unit.

Our objective was then to offer a more powerful, affordable and cost-effective portable solar system that would fill the void between small low-power overpriced products and hugely expensive (but still limited) whole-house solar systems that are tied to the utility grid and now provide costly battery storage options. We have become the leader in this market niche.

Grid Eraser proprietary components are manufactured in the U.S. and we use U.S. suppliers for other components whenever possible. All Grid Eraser systems are built and tested in our West Bend, WI facility.
