piezobrush Application example: QR code printing - Video

In this video you can see an application example of our plasma hand held device piezobrush PZ2. ACH solution presented at Chinaplas 2019 a fully automatic molding cell for processing of high optical LSR (liquid silicone rubber) and integrated the plasma handheld device piezobrush PZ2. The piezobrush PZ2 has been integrated into the system to activate the silicon surface before printing a QR code onto it. You can see in the video that the piezobrush PZ2 is not only a hand held device but can also be integrated into your individual system.

At a maximum power consumption of 30W, cold active plasma with a temperature of ~ 50°C is generated. The piezobrush® stands out due to its low-maintenance construction principle. All individual components are characterized by their long-term durability and do not need to be replaced or maintained.
