Sawdust charcoal Machine: Turning Waste into Energy

A sawdust charcoal machine is a key player in the world of biomass-based energy equipment, utilizing sawdust as its primary raw material. This machine is an excellent choice for biomass-based power plants due to the numerous advantages it offers, including energy production, the creation of fuels, and binders. The process of converting sawdust into efficient fuel begins by screening out large pieces of wood and other undesirable materials. Subsequently, the sawdust is sent to a roller dryer to achieve the desired moisture level. Cyclone separators are then employed to separate the charcoals from moisture.

Once the sawdust charcoals are screened and moisture-free, they are transported into storage silos and then packaged in various bag sizes, typically 12, 15, or 20 kg bags. Plastic wrapping is commonly used to protect against moisture, especially for smaller domestic-use bags, which also reduces abrasion during transport. It's important to ensure that the blades of the sawdust charcoal making machine are evenly positioned within the flat die for efficient operation.

For domestic use, a charcoal machine capable of processing around two tons of sawdust per hour is an excellent choice, and smaller bags are preferred for ease of handling and transportation. However, if you intend to sell your sawdust charcoals in larger quantities, you can opt for bulk packaging. Nevertheless, smaller bags are generally more convenient for home users.

Alternatively, you can store raw materials in a warehouse, with around 5 to 6 tons of sawdust being sufficient for a 15-day production cycle. For export purposes, the charcoals can be packaged in bulk or one-ton bags, wrapped in plastic to prevent moisture and abrasion. When packing your sawdust charcoals, smaller bags are often more practical compared to larger bulk packaging.

The sawdust charcoal production process should encompass various stages, including feeding, drying, screening, cyclone separation, cooling, and packaging. The resulting sawdust charcoals should be both shiny and hard, indicative of the correct moisture content. If the charcoals are crumbly or uneven, it suggests excess moisture in the wood, emphasizing the importance of keeping the raw materials dry and chemical-free during production.

A sawdust charcoal machine is a valuable addition to any operation. It not only produces green-fuel charcoals efficiently but is also adaptable for processing coffee seeds and palm kernel shell fiber. These charcoals are resistant to moisture and environmentally friendly, making them highly sought after. By correctly installing and maintaining a sawdust charcoal machine, you can ensure a consistent supply of biomass fuel for your various needs.
