AAK isa producer of automation lines for the brick industry. The Gamma Gas Burner is a high-speed machine, composed by an air collector with related high-pressure fan, a motorised and a butterfly valves applied on the gas manifold, in order to obtain an elevated control and regulation. All burners feature a self-programming system. They are fitted with a self-ignition cross voltaic arc and a flame control device, which works with electrodes detecting gas on the inside of the equipment. This process guarantees safety to the machine during all operating time. The Gamma group burners is handled by a new-generation electric board which can interface with single-burner boards: this allows to manage each equipment individually and renders anomalies-detection easier for the operators.

The heat generator Vulcan is designed mainly to operate inside an air flow and is employed in numerable type of plants, such as: in the ceramics and bricks industry, in the chemical and textile sectors. It is made up of a self-standing electro-welded structure in sheet material fitted with supporting elements, connecting flanges and mechanism for handling and lifting. The head for combustion of the burner is constructed with long-lasting modular components which, in all the generator models (from 200.000 up to 6.000.000 Kcal/h), ease the distribution of the flame, therefore guaranteeing an elevated thermal efficiency. The gas pressure reduction and cut-off units are in accordance with the regulation in force.

Turbojet  is a high-speed burner, working with natural gas and GPL. It introduces the combustible gases in the kiln, at a speed measurable around 130 m/sec and therefore offering three main advantages: a uniform distribution of the temperature in the kiln sections, consequence of the turbulence generated by the high speed and the mixing of burning gases with the air around;  an equal heating of every layer of piled material, as well as a uniform heating of the car- coating; a quicker increment of the material temperature, thanks to the high exchange-temperature coefficient, caused by the air speed around it. The burner, equipped with a proper  flame, can work where the temperature results lower than the self-burning level of the combustible (680°C). it can be used, then, both in the pre-heating and in the cooking areas.
