AIPCC Energy Limited is a joint venture majority owned by African Infrastructure Partners (AIP), the holding company solely owned by AIPCC`s Chairman, Mr. Michael Osime, whose business interests include: Oil, Gas, Power, Fertilizer, and Financial Services; and AFCOM, an interface of Peiyang Chemical Equipment Company of China (PCC), a state-owned enterprise of China, that is globally recognized in the oil and gas processing equipment manufacturing business, and ranked as the best chemical engineering company in these fields in China. Both shareholders have developed, financed, delivered, and own several projects and businesses across both Africa and China. Our company was established to proffer solutions to the challenges in the oil and gas processing and refining sector in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa and to provide a total solution for itself and clients from concept to delivery.
