Aqotec aqoLoft - Home Station
The aqoLoft DHK is one of the standard products of the aqotec home stations. Basically, this model is equipped with a direct heating circuit and is therefore suitable for radiator heating. In addition, there is the option of adding extension modules to the aqoLoft DHK.
Aqotec aqoLoft - Home Station
The aqoLoft GHK model is also one of the best-selling home stations of the aqotec brand. With the mixed heating circuit, this station is perfect for surface heating. The aqoLoft GHK is optionally available with a separate direct heating circuit for bathroom radiators. As with the DHK model, there are expansion options for this aqoLoft.
Transfer Stations for Local and District Heating
aqoClick - District Heating Transfer Station
The aqoClick is a compact district heating transfer station with hydraulic decoupling for the local and district heating supply of buildings. Thanks to the stainless steel heat exchanger with long thermal lengths used in the aqoClick district heating station, the transfer stations can be used in a wide range of services.
aqoFrame - District Heating Stations
The aqoFrame district heating stations cover the power spectrum of heat transfer up to several megawatts. They contain all the necessary assemblies for connecting the building systems to the respective district heating network. A stand frame made of square shaped steel tubes, which is provided with a special anti-corrosion coating and is mounted on vibration-damped feet, serves as the basic structure. The systems are individually adapted by our technicians to the requirements of each customer. Here, outputs of up to 18 megawatts are possible. This is done in more complex cases or, on request, by means of 3D planning in our design department. Furthermore, there is the possibility of designing the system divisible for better introduction. The stations are hydraulically adapted to the customer`s control requirements,
aqoCase - Heat Transfer Station
A stand frame made of square shaped steel tubes, which is provided with a special paint and mounted on height and vibration-damping feet, serves as the basic structure. The district heating station has detachable service doors on the front and back. These can also be made lockable if required. Perforated sheets along the side ensure a good thermal flow. The primary and secondary connections are on the top by default. For maintenance reasons, the heat exchanger of the Case III is mounted outside on its own vibration-free frame. The performance sizes of the systems are selected up to a maximum of 1000 kW depending on the design.
aqoNPS - Local Heating Buffer Storage
In our fast-moving times, there is a need for products that are quick to assemble, low-maintenance and, at the same time, reliable. The aqotec local heat buffer storage tank "aqoNPS" is the hydraulic all-in-one solution.The perfectly coordinated system is based on the heating source-independent stratified buffer operation, the hygienic hot water preparation, as well as the operation of low and high temperature heating circuits.
aqoCustom - Special Systems District Heating Station
Completely custom-made products adapted to the conditions on site or our container solutions, which can be delivered to the construction site ready for use. The system`s MSR technology is prefabricated and tested in the factory so that it can be put into operation quickly on site. Depending on the special requirements of the customer, an individual software solution is developed in connection with the heating network for MSR technology.These system assemblies can already be set up completely insulated at their specified place of use. This enables smooth production and commissioning as well as a cost-effective and technically high-quality design.
All-in-One-Solutions
AQUOTEC - Compact Boiler Load Module
The standard model "aqoBLM" is a compact boiler load module solution for retrofitting to an existing aqoClick district heating station. The module in its basic version can be extended with an additional mixer heating circuit. The controller integrated into the aqoClick takes over control of the heating circuit module. It collects all the information from the sensors and controls pumps and valves. If no heat is required, the corresponding components are switched off.
Large Units
aqoCase - Square Steel Tubes Unit
A stand frame made from square steel tubes with a special coating, serves as a basic framework and is mounted on feet that are height and hardness adjustable. The systems have detachable service doors at the front and back. These can also be designed to be lockable. The sides are perforated to allow for good thermal flow. The primary and secondary connections are generally on the top but can also be placed on the side upon request. For maintenance reasons the exchanger is mounted externally on the Case III and is attached to its own vibration-free stand. The power ratings of the systems are selected up to a maximum of 1000 kW based on the layout.
Control Technology
aqoControl - Microprocessor Controller
The microprocessor-controlled RM01 is a device for the control of district heating transfer stations with the option of modular extension of up to a total of ten additional heating circuits and additional detection of the heat meter data including forwarding of all data to a higher-level network optimisation computer in the heating plant. The controller is based on a modular design and can, at maximum extension, control and regulate seven mixer circuits, two boiler circuits or one circulation circuit.
