Aqua has been borne by the changing needs of clients in the Water and Environment sectors. These sectors are complex and specialist in nature and unless the level of consultancy service is improved these industries are at risk of mediocrity. For too long have these sectors been forced to accept consultancy support from those without experience of these specialist industries. It is no longer acceptable to hide behind the myth that commercial experience is easily transferrable between sectors. By allowing this to happen the Water and Environment sectors continue to pay for the mistakes and learning curves of consultants who are new to these industries.
