The reactor is built in stainless steal, with retention time, which is considered a huge safety reserve for possible concentration and flow rate peaks. The SILOXANE REACTOR can have one or more chambers, depending on the biogas flow rate. It is vital to have an effective biogas pre-treatment regarding the removal of siloxanes to prevent the premature deterioration of tge equipments.

For your biogas' valorisation, Atlas Seis has a special kind of turbine, which is quite different of the ones usually seen. By using a groundbreaking technology of no oil and no cooling liquid operation, the turbine is greener and more eco-friendly. An electrical engine/alternator transforms the engine rotation into electric power, and the thermal energy is obtained from the high temperature exhaust gases.

It is necessary to always give the right treatment to biogas, either it is produced from wastewater treatment systems or solid waste treatment systems. This means that, sometimes, it is necessary to burn the excess gas. Gas flares are used to burn off gas that cannot be used by the energy recovery systems due to excessive production or due to other reasons, like the biogas valorization equipment being stopped due to maintenances or breakdowns. Atlas Seis sells flares of different capacities that can cover several biogas production systems.
