These boilers are designed for flue gas heat transfer into thermal oil. The boilers conform to the most stringent safety and reliability requirements, and are manufactured according to the EU Pressure Equipment Directive, AD-Merkblätter, and DIN 4754. Thermal oil boiler is installed on supporting steel structures. The heat exchanger consists of concentrically arranged tubes that are installed without tension in the welded body. The tubes are connected in series to ensure constant flow. The boilers are provided with a patent soot blowing system designed for prolonged continuous operation.

These types of boilers have a wide application being durable and easy to operate. As a standard, they are equipped with a soot blowing system, which cleans soot from the surface of the tubes and ensures better heat transfer to water or steam.

Multi-cycloneconstruction is welded from sheet steel materials. In the cyclone elements,vane type guiding elements are used to create the centrifugal force of the fluegas. The solid particles affected by centrifugal force settle on the outer wallof the cyclone and fall into the collection hopper. The height is regulated by adjustable length supports fastened by bolts. After the height is adjusted, the supports are welded.
