These added value electric drum and pail heaters deliver up to 1250 watts of heating power, 25% more power than other heaters in its price class.The 0º–550º F adjustable thermostat provides a wide range for different heating requirements. powerblanket Drum & Pail Insulated Heaters

Regulate the temperature of industrial materials with powerblanket® uniform heat spreading technology. Heats up faster, cools down slower, and uses considerably less electricity than conventional band heaters. Heaters have a built-in thermostat designed to reach the heaters maximum temperature and to maintain that temperature (please note: temps may vary +/- 10 degrees F depending on outside ambient conditions). powerblanket® drum and pail heaters are equipped with adjustable straps to ensure proper fit of containers that may be slightly larger and smaller than the container size the heater is designed to fit. Heaters come ready to use. Unroll, wrap around your barrel, and plug into any 120V outlet. Optional Adjustable thermostatic controller, PBL-THERMO, overrides the built-in thermostat. It allows the user to set the desired temperature to ensure the material contained in the drum or pail is never over or under heated. Note: Thermostat cannot be adjusted higher than the preset maximum temperature of the heater.

Thermal Shield Drum Warmer

Pre-set thermostat at 68ºF maintains liquid in a 55-gallon drum at 50ºF in an ambient temperature of 18ºF. Maintain 50ºF above lower or higher ambient temperatures by ordering the thermostat pre-set at 32ºF up to 140ºF. 1"" fiberglass insulation and outer vinyl jacket reflect heat inward, maximizing every watt of electricity used. Secures around drum with D-ring straps. Operates on 120V, 240W. Supplied with 3-prong plug on a 5´ cord.

Silicone Rubber Drum and Pail Heaters

Tempco flexible drum heaters are the economical choice for heating viscous liquids stored in a drum or pail. The heaters are built to be tough, long lasting, and resistant to chemicals. Few materials stick to the heater´s silicone rubber fiberglass reinforced construction, making it easy to clean. Use one heater on the lower third of the drum or pail or attach more heaters to the container to increase wattage and speed up the heating process. A six foot cord with three-pronged plug is included with 120V heaters. No plug is included with 240V heaters. When not in use, the heater can be rolled for convenient storage.Note: 240V heaters for 5 gal. pails, 15 & 30 gallon drums, and heaters without thermostats are available by special order.Important: If your container is +/- 1/2" the standard O.D. listed in the table, a custom made heater will be required. Morse® drum dumper mounts quickly and easily on forks without tools. No modifications or connections to truck are needed. High strength saddle, alloy cinching chain and tightener with dual safety lock. 10´ pull chain allows control from the operator´s seat, rotates drum to any desired angle. 30:1 units have gear drive, 60:1 units are equipped with heavy-duty gear drive, 150:1 unit incorporates a 2-stage worm gearbox. Dual Pail Tipping Stand

Set up a pouring station with this dual pail tipping stand. Holds two 5 gallon pails and features a safety lock that securely holds the pails in place. Unit folds up for storage. Dispensing height from top pail is approximately 34"" and from the bottom pail, approximately 10"". Overall size is 14 5/8"" W x 14 5/8"" L x 55"" H. Carbon steel construction.

Bung Entering Immersion Heater for Steel Drums

Immersion heaters put the heat right into the liquid for the most efficient heating. Only 8"" of riser is heated, allowing liquid level to fluctuate without damaging the heater. Fits through 2"" bung opening in steel 55 gallon drums. Adjustable mounting bracket positions the heater away from the drum wall and above sludge buildup at the bottom of the drum. Pilot light indicates whether heater is cycled on or off. All heaters are single-phase and have NEMA 1 control housings. No cord or plug is included - consult your local electric code for the proper wiring techniques for the environment in which the heater will be used.

Roto-Grip Grabs and Rotates Drums with Hydraulic Power

Drum handler picks up steel drums 18" – 24" diameter. Just roll Roto-Grip up to drum and flip a switch. Electrically actuated rubber-lined arms close around drum. Drum is lifted and rotated by built-in hydraulic power pack. Uses standard 12 volt DC deep-cycle battery (included). Built-in charger plugs into standard 110 VAC grounded outlet. Stationary Fiber Drum Dechimer

The Wizard Stationary Fiber Dechimer is designed for a moderate to high volume of fiber drums. This durable, fully automatic, computer controlled, machine does all the work for you. Simply insert a drum. The dechimer revolves the drum, removing the top and bottom metal chimes at the same time. All in one operation that takes less than a minute.
