BioDrying - Biomass Management Systems
BioDrying is the process by which biodegradable material is rapidly heated through initial stages of composting to reduce moisture and consequently reduce its overall weight. This modular drying system is designed to remove moisture from Biosolids while using 50% less energy compared to gas heated systems like belt dryers.
Bioforcetech - Pyrolysis Machines
Pyrolysis can be defined as the thermal decomposition of organic material through the application of heat without the addition of extra air or oxygen. Through this process, that takes place at temperatures between 660 and 1,650 degrees F, two co-products are obtained: syngas and Biochar. The P-Series Pyrolysis machines utilize this principle to produce renewable energy from any organic waste.
