BioDrying is the process by which biodegradable material is rapidly heated through initial stages of composting to reduce moisture and consequently reduce its overall weight. This modular drying system is designed to remove moisture from Biosolids while using 50% less energy compared to gas heated systems like belt dryers.

We designed the BioDryer to be modular. Each machine can work independently or together as a system, we can meet the drying capacity that you need. This type of solution allows for easier plant design and guarantees a quicker installation.

Capacity: A single BioDryer unit is capable of drying ~1,000 tons of Biosolids per year, from 25% solid content to 75%/90% solid content. Does your plant produce 4,000 tons per year? Just install 4 BioDryers in parallel and produce Class A Biosolids with almost no O&M!
