Bitrode Digital Cycler (BTDC)

The Bitrode Digital Cycler™ (BTDC) offers features such as HMI Touchscreen, slide-out modules for easy maintenance, and customizable KPIs. It supports various types of battery testing including EV/HEV battery cell testing, automotive & industrial cycle testing, full-featured battery testing, high power & voltage pack testing, and high current discharge testing.

Bitrode - EV/HEV Battery Cell Tester

The MCV is a low-current life cycle test system for the development of primary and rechargeable batteries in various chemistries. Operating from a common microprocessor, multiple circuits in the MCV module can run individual test programs. Additionally, the MCV is designed and built for ease of maintenance and service. The modular construction means that most subassemblies, large or small, remove easily for service outside the cabinet and fast replacement.

Battery Manufacturing Equipment

High Voltage Charge/Discharge Formation

Available in a wide range of currents and voltages, the CDN is an economical solution for high voltage charge/discharge formation of stationary and industrial VRLA batteries and tank formation of automotive and industrial plates. Using Bitrode’s three phase silicon-controlled rectifier, multiple circuits can be packaged in a single cabinet for low cost applications. In discharge, a three phase bridge discharges the DC energy back to the AC power line. This feature turns discharge energy into electrical power instead of heat, reducing stress on equipment and on the production formation environment.

Bitrode - Constant Current Formation Charger

Available in a wide range of customer-specified currents and voltages, Bitrode’s model CRN is an excellent solution for container charging of multiple battery strings and tackless formation of automobile and industrial plates. Multiple circuits can easily be packaged in a single cabinet for container formation applications or single high current modules can be built for tank formation use. The CRN features modular construction and easy access front and rear panels for ease of maintenance and service.
