The Measurement Module Battery Tester (MBT-x) is designed for implementation in production facilities and quality assurance processes. It is optimized for quick testing of battery cells and modules and for checking weld connections. The device measures three primary battery parameters (AC internal resistance, DC internal resistance, and battery voltage) within 0.4 seconds. An additional measurement mode allows automatic temperature correction. To simplify wiring, it offers both 4-wire and 6-wire configurations. The module is housed in an aluminum enclosure and can be fastened using four screws. Connection to control systems (SPS) is facilitated through an RS232 serial interface. The power supply is provided by a separate power unit. This module is engineered for high precision and efficient performance, ensuring reliable and rapid battery testing in industrial settings.

The MBT-X5 was developed for the input test (BoL test) of round cells in large quantities with short cycle times. The device measures the voltage and the internal resistance at different frequencies with up to 5 channels.

The BMUX-15/4 is a switch (multiplexer) with four-wire technology, with which up to 15 stacked battery cells can be switched one after the other to an impedance measuring device (BIM2). This makes it possible to carry out impedance and voltage measurements on several cells without having to reconnect them.
