We pay our deepest respects to their Elders and Leaders past and present, and to those emerging. We honour the strengths, capabilities and adaptability shown by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and celebrate the significance of their contributions in shaping a shared sense of national unity and identity.
