Chengdu Tianma Railway Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Tianma) is located in Qingbaijiang District Industrial Concentrated Development Zone, Chengdu. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary company controlled by Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. It reorganized Chengdu Bearing Group Company, a former large and medium-sized national enterprise, which was established in January 2002 with registered capital of 600 million yuan, accounting for 60 million yuan. The land is 134,000 with 600 employees. The company is a private joint-stock enterprise. Tianma Bearing Group Holding Co., Ltd. was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007 (Tianma shares 002122). It owns Zhejiang Tianma, Chengdu Tianma, Beijing Tianma, Guizhou Tianma, Qizhong CNC, Nanjing Tianma and other holding companies. It is the first bearing industry in China to have `materials, axles`.
