Clayton`s Fired Product line of steam generators ranges in size from 150 to 1,000 boiler horsepower (1,472 to 9,810 kW) and steam flows from 5,175 to 34,500 lbs. /hr  (2,347 to 15,650 kg/hr).  Pressure design ratings are available up to 3000 psig (207 barg). All the units are offered with fully modulating automatic PLC based controls and Siemens servo actuated burner management systems.

Clayton manufactures a line of Steam Generators to provide superheated steam. These units use the same proven design as the basic Steam Generator that produces saturated steam, but with the addition of an integral super-heater section to the helical coil, in which the steam is superheated. The use of the integral super-heater section eliminates the need for a separately fired super-heater.

Clayton Heat Recovery Steam Generators are in operation around the world serving co-generation plants, thermal oxidizers, incinerators and many other applications. Systems are able to produce high pressure steam—up to 450 psig—as well as high temperature hot water. Clayton manufactures two types of heat recovery products:
