The UnpluggedCNG combines a proven, industry-leading  CleanCNG™ non-lubricated ‘W’ compressor block with the world’s most popular natural gas combustion engine with 200 or 300 horsepower configurations.

CompleteCNG packages with proven CleanCNG technology into a portable solution with configurable plug-and-play installation. Each package features one or two Clean Energy Compression compressors, up to 150hp (112kW) electric drive motors, gas priority panel, buffer storage, and non-hazardous electrical controls in an integrated skid. Optional on-skid gas dryer and dispenser modules are available. The self-contained system has a similar footprint to a standard built-in station and requires minimal on-site construction, making it fast to install and easy to relocate. Clean Energy Compression designers and engineers have responded to the needs of the market to deliver a comprehensive, sustainable CNG fueling system with minimal environmental impact.

System Control At Your Fingertips: Manage your reliable, and safe fueling where and when you need to. Each customer-tailored control panel is housed in a NEMA 4-constructed cabinet, rated for outdoor use. The PLC control system is programmed and manufactured by a third-party provider under the direction of Clean Energy Cryogenics.

Safe and reliable LNG fueling relies on expertly designed vaporizers. Clean Energy Cryogenics creates the specifications and oversees third-party manufacturing for all our high-pressure vaporizers including LNG Saturation Vaporizers and CNG/LNG High-Pressure Vaporizers (15 gpm).
