Machines - Fluid Bed Dryer Or Roasting
Model M3300-RB - Dryer With A Burner and A Cooler
One of the types of drier which are produced in our factory is that in a fluid bed. It is based on the principle of the fluid bed vibrant with advancement of the cereal on a perforated plane, held in suspension by the directional flow of air blown in and by the vibrations of the plan itself. (The machinery is in fact used for roasting cereals)
Model M3300-DB - Driers With Burners in The Vein of Air
The Dryers of this type use the same method of roasting or drying of those with the exchangers. The only difference lies in the parts that compose it. In fact they have in place of the heat exchanger, a burner to the air stream. This burner has the ability and the task to heat the air, which will be used for roasting or drying of cereals. The air is blown from gas (methane or LPG)
Model M3300-B0 - Dryer with a Burner
Both the dry kilns with burners in the vein of air that those with heat to the fluid and air possess engines from 5.5 kW and 2,950 revolutions per minute, which have a noise level equal to 85-96dB and their interior is built in metal; moreover are regulated by the inverter and their maximum flow varies from 5,000m3 /h to 18,000m3 /h. (In these engines the power increases with the increase of the revolutions). The motors are selected with index of protection: IP 5.5(5=protected against dust deposits and 5=protected against jet of a spear from every direction)
Infrared Drier/ Roaster
The Pure Roaster
In this type of driers is uses the principle of radiation (without any addition of air). In these driers/roasting are mounted of the burners, in which burns the methane or G.P.L, which serves for the treatment of cereals. In fact this gas is burned by the electrodes placed on the burner, which operate at the beginning of the process, triggering the burning of methane, creating a cloud blue. This cloud is only temporary; in fact it only lasts a few seconds (about 1/5 sec.). Once burned gas, network (formed of ceramics and full of holes) will begin to overheat, thus creating the condition of toasting for cereals. Moreover, on these our machines are fitted with sensors that detect the possible output out of the methane. In fact if this gas should exit the sensors would detect this and stop the machine. The burners are mounted on these machines are equipped with two side deflectors to prevent double radiation on cereals, spoiling or burning them.
Catalytic Roaster
This type of roaster uses the same principle of drying of that fluid, the only difference lies in the fact that the vibrating table is not perforated, also this roaster has a fluid of air which is 1/5 of those fluid air (3,600 m3 /h). The gas is overheated, initially in the burner chamber, thanks to an electric resistance incandescent that arrived at a temperature between 250°C/300°C triggers the burning of the methane or G.P.L, following the electrical resistance will shut down, into the chamber of the burner to burn down the gas and, moreover, will trigger an air flow. This gas, that will create heat, will be dispersed in the underlying part thanks to the special structure formed by the wool of ceramics. Above these burners are positioned two fans, driven by the inverter. The substantial difference with the roaster pure lies in the fact that these use air to toast and pure those using the direct radiation.
The Mixed Roasters
Finally in our factory are also produced the roaster mixed. These roasters are the middle way of those previously listed: in fact they possess for half of catalytic burners and for half of the burners pure. Their efficiency, visible in the box below, varies from 225 kW to 529 kW
