Model M3300-DB -Driers With Burners in The Vein of Air
The Dryers of this type use the same method of roasting or drying of those with the exchangers. The only difference lies in the parts that compose it. In fact they have in place of the heat exchanger, a burner to the air stream. This burner has the ability and the task to heat the air, which will be used for roasting or drying of cereals. The air is blown from gas (methane or LPG)
In this type of dryer we have this reaction:
- Reaction WITH A LOT OF AIR: we have carbon-dioxide (CO2). (The color of the flame will be light blue)
Furthermore these types of dryers in the vein of AIR do not pollute the environment, since I do not have a fireplace "discharge".
Moreover the burner, to its inside, contains only gas (methane or LPG).
In this type of driers is always present a cooling engine equipped with a fan, which cools the drier with air at ambient temperature (20°C+10°C/5°C).
The efficiency of these driers is 100%.
Therefore in this dryer we have emissions of harmful gases. In fact if we took the reactions are too low here is what happens:
- Reaction with little air: we have an emission of mono-carbon-dioxide (CO); harmful to people and also for the environment (the color of the flame will be orange).
In addition to the reaction with a lot of air even those with a response right do not involve the emission of harmful gases. (REACTION WITH THE PRECISE AIR TO BURN: we have emissions of CO2. The colour of the flame will be yellow/blue)
