Specialized Heat Exchanger Cleaning using the Aqua Drill International Aqua Milling system includes: State of the art Triplex High Pressure Pumping Unit with high speed ceramic plungers, direct drive 600 HP diesel engine. Pressure range up to 22000 psi. Remotely controlled shut-down unit to cut off and re-start pressure and flow rates instantly from over 500 feet away. For temporary or permanent plugging of 5/8” to 1-1/4” condenser and heat exchanger tubes, Conco’s expanding EX-3 tube plug is tested to withstand a wide range of pressure, temperature and vibration conditions up to 150 PSI.  The EX-3 features a large outer washer that allows the plug to fit flush with the tubesheet and not allow the plug to be pulled into the tube by the vacuum of the unit.  For applications where you want to place a plug at the exact location inside the tube consider the EX-4 , and for applications where you desire enhanced sealing at higher pressures, consider the EX-F.

For temporary or permanent plugging of 5/8” to 1-1/4” condenser and heat exchanger tubes, Conco’s expanding EX-4 tube plug is tested to withstand a wide range of pressure, temperature and vibration conditions up to 150 PSI.  The EX-4 low profile washers allow the plug to be inserted at any location within the leaking tube making it an excellent tool for locating exact leak locations.  For applications where you desire a plug to be flush mounted at the tubesheet, consider the EX-3, and for applications where you desire enhanced sealing at higher pressures, consider the EX-F.
