Customers may have access to utility, state and federal grant incentives. Our experienced staff and pre-qualified systems have allowed us to successfully secure over $12 million in grants on behalf of our clients. All paperwork and requirements are meticulously prepared, keeping clients from unnecessary administrative hurdles. Regardless of any utility, state or federal grant opportunities, our customers also have access to the Shared Savings Program. This allows clients to take advantage of energy cost savings from our cogeneration systems without requiring capital investment or ongoing operating expenses.

Design & Engineering
With over 100 years of combined experience designing cogeneration equipment and its interfaces, Dalkia Aegis engineers ensure your building gets the most out of the equipment and maximizes energy savings. One of our greatest strengths is our ability to design custom interfaces for optimal compatibility with other green technology, such as Solar Photovoltaic and Battery Storage systems. Our natural gas-driven powerplant is EPA-Certified for conformity with the Clean Air Act, and is the perfect complement for a total green solution.

As a second-generation, family-run business, we proudly manufacture our cogeneration units in the USA, headquartered in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Our team of qualified technicians and expert test engineers produce the most advanced, reliable and highest quality cogeneration systems in the industry.

Installation
Dalkia Aegis offers extensive experience with utility interface and all cogeneration units are expertly installed by seasoned professionals. Because of their modularity, most businesses do not experience service disruptions during the unit’s initial integration with the building. The complex interconnection process with the utility company requires the help of an experienced technical professional. We ensure this step is met with absolute compliance and efficiency. Once installed and interconnected, all CHP systems are commissioned to meet the exact requirements for each unique project. When applicable, black start testing is also conducted.

Operation & Monitoring
Our innovative advances in remote monitoring offer customers 24/7 service, so you can enjoy energy savings and peace of mind. With the ability to view and change set points remotely, our technicians are alerted of any issues in real time. Our Siemens-based monitoring system provides preventive diagnostics, so any potential issues can be dealt with proactively.

Maintenance
The Dalkia Aegis maintenance package covers all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts and labor. With over 30 years of experience servicing all the CHP systems we install, we ensure that every Dalkia Aegis site is saving money. And because we’re cyberlinked to the system, we can often troubleshoot and fix problems right away without a service call in the event of a problem. If a site visit is necessary, our local service technicians provide same day/next day service and weekend emergency service.
