Energy-efficient and space-saving cell tester for high-current tests from 250 amps. With this cycler, you can effortlessly perform high-current tests on battery cells in the current range from 250 amps and above. The MCT-RE is highly energy and cost-efficient. Thanks to its regenerative power supply, a large part of the energy used is made available again via the DC link or fed back into the grid. The high-current cell tester also features the highest packing density on the market and saves an enormous amount of space. It is ideal for laboratories that perform automated test runs on cells in the high-current range. Additionally, you also save cost for air conditioning of your lab. The device not only features galvanic isolation from the grid, but the channels are also safely isolated from one another. Thanks to cutting-edge hardware and software that are perfectly synchronized with each other, you can obtain precise measurement results. Several power outputs can be easily and flexibly connected in parallel to increase the current accordingly. The device can be optimally scaled from a few channels with just one plug-in unit to several dozens and effectively grows with your demands. All power elements feature regenerative DC links and bidirectional power units with Digatron’s exclusive B.E.S.T. technology.

Thanks to its high packing density that is unique on the market, it offers up to 384 test circuits in just one cabinet. This makes it perfect for installations in all laboratories where high quantities of cells need to be tested. Maximum scalability. The device can be optimally scaled from a few circuits with just one plug-in unit to several thousand and grows easily with your demands. Incredibly space-saving. Thanks to the high packing density that is unique on the market, the device takes up little valuable laboratory space while also ensuring high test capacities. Precise test results. The HD series offers four selectable current ranges. Thanks to cutting-edge hardware and software that are perfectly synchronized with each other, you can obtain precise measurement results. High energy efficiency. The device features switch mode amplifiers with up to 95% efficiency. Regenerative DC links make a large part of the energy used available again for other test circuits. Digatron Formation Rectifiers
Digatron’s formation rectifiers are designed for the initial charge and optionally for the discharge of lead batteries. They have already proven their worth in thousands of installations through their flawless quality and reliability. Depending on your requirements, we supply the equipment with typical thyristor technology, IGBT technology, solderless formations, or in the energy-saving version of cutting-edge technology with SiC MOSFET. The rectifiers come with a current range of 20 A to 3200 A per circuit and capacities of up to 320 batteries or up to 80 tanks as TCR.
